Below are the guidelines and requirements for admission:
Guidelines
- a. Both applicant and parents must be actual residents of the City of Muntinlupa;
b. Parents must be registered voters of the City;
c. Applicants must not have a grade below 83% in English, Science and Mathematics in the first and second grading periods;
d. Applicants should present Barangay Certification duly signed by the B arangay Chairman or his duly authorized representative to the effect that he/she and parents are residents of the said barangay;
e. Applicants must be in good health, of good moral character and has never been cited for violation of school rules and regulations or case of misbehavior or violation of any ordinance or laws of the country;
f. Examination fee of Two Hundred Pesos (P200.00) shall be charged to each applicant coming from a private school.
Requirements
Requirements for entrance test:
- 1. Xerox copy of F138‐Report Card. No grades lower than 83% in English, Math & Science for the first and second grading periods in the grade six level
2. 3 pieces identical colored ID pictures (one for the application form, one for the examination permit and one for the seatplan)
3. Examination permit shall be issued upon complete submission of requirements and payment of the said amount.
Requirements for qualifiers (those who passed the selection test)
- 1. Xerox copy of Voter’s ID of parents from Muntinlupa City
2. Barangay certification of the qualifier (student)
3. Signed Waiver (any violation from the guidelines would mean forfeiting the slot in this school)
All submitted documents become the property of the school.

November 29, Saturday, 9:00 A.M.-12:00 noon
December 6, Saturday, 9:00 A.M-12:00 noon
December 13, Saturday, 9:00 A.M.-12:00 noon-1:00-4:00 P.M.
January 10, Saturday, 9:00 A.M-12:00 noon-1:00-4:00 P.M.
The test will be administered on January 24, 2009.
The examinee who qualifies in the selection test shall undergo personal interview and physical examination, the dates of which will be announced through the schools concerned. Application forms will be available on November 3, 2008 at the office of the principal of all elementary schools in the City of Muntinlupa for both public and private schools and at the office of MRS. MADELINE ANN L. DIAZ , MSHS, Principal.

All forms duly signed and accomplished should be submitted not later than January 10, 2009.
Test Results will be forwarded to the office of the elementary principals. Test results inquiries shall not be entertained.
